YYMMDD_Ver_Name.psd

like

090123_01_abc.psd

file system will order perfectly for you!

forget about DPI. effective DPI is measured in printsize. your browser doesnt care about 72, 300 or 43232 dpi. (be aware of PowerPoint!)

When CMYK is too big (uploading?) then convert to Lab without fear. Spare one channel full of pixels. convert back and evth. goes Y-M-C-K!

PS and InD help you to work non-destructive. here are keywrds: SmartObjects, PlaceInD-Files, SmartFilter, native AI support. keep your data!

There is more than 1 RGB (so for CMYK). when uploading to internet, be sure to use sRGB (not AdobeRGB,PhotoRGB,…) R to the G to the B!
